The Red Wing City Council will hold a special workshop tonight to go through and discuss all of the proposed changes to the council’s Rules of Order and Procedure.
One of proposed changes would prohibit virtual public comment and clarifies the City will take public comment only in person and by email.
Last Monday, the council received a fair amount of pushback from the public and three council members.
The meeting starts at 5:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers and members of the public can join this meeting in person.
