Goodhue Co. Assessor’s Office

The Goodhue County Assessor’s Office will be performing on-site reassessments of properties in 2026.

This is for the 2027 assessment for property taxes payable in 2028 in the following areas:

• Cherry Grove Township

• Holden Township

• Kenyon Township

• Leon Township

• Minneola Township

• Roscoe Township

• Wanamingo Township

• Warsaw Township

• Kenyon City

• Wanamingo City

• 
  

If you live and/or own property in these areas, your property will be visited some time this year by an appraiser from the Goodhue County Assessor’s office.

The appraiser will be driving a Goodhue County vehicle that displays the Goodhue County logo on the car door panel. During the visit the appraiser will:

• Knock on your door, display a Goodhue County issued ID card with photo and leave a business card with personal contact information.

• Inspect the exterior of structures on the property, take photos, and verify measurements.
