Most Memorable Experience Since Teaching:

I have really enjoyed teaching where I grew up and went to school!  It's been super fun to work along side the teachers that helped me become who I am today.  My most memorable experience in Lake City was teaching with my mom, Mary Jo Kjos for the first 6 years of my career here at Lake City.  We even got to team teach a math class, which was such a fun experience, and one I'll cherish forever.  I am thankful to work with such a great group of people.

Why Did You Choose To Become A Teacher/Educator:

Growing up with both of my parents as educators I got to see first hand how fulfilling a job in education is.  I enjoy building relationships with my students and coworkers, and wanted to also try and make a difference in the lives of students like my teachers and coaches did for me.
