Plainview Pool Party

There will be a fun summer event this week at the Plainview municipal swimming pool. 

Plainview Mayor Aaron Luckstein says there will be a free ice cream and pool party is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 24. 

Visitors can enjoy free ice cream sundae bars ‘with all the fixings,’ donated by Bennett’s Food Center and Catering in Plainview. There will also be prize giveaways.

According to the Plainview News. the event is sponsored by the charitable Plainview Elgin Millville Foundation. Luckstein says the event is free but they will be taking free will donations to benefit the Foundation and free pool passes for the summer of 2025.
