The Red Wing Fire Department was dispatched to He Mni Can-Barn Bluff in Red Wing Tuesday at 2:04 pm for a hiker who fell down an embankment off the walking trail.
Firefighter/paramedics were on the scene within two minutes of receiving the call and ascended the bluff to locate the injured person.
The hiker was located approximately 15 minutes after arrival and was extricated back up the bluff to a safe location.
The hiker was assisted off the Bluff and transported to Mayo Clinic Health Systems – Red Wing in Good Condition.
