Blaney Public Works Director

Following the retirement of Rick Moskwa, Shawn Blaney is the new City of Red Wing Public Works Director, effective July 4th.

Blaney has been with the City for 17 years and most recently held the title of Deputy Director of Buildings and Grounds.

Moskwa worked in the Public Works Department for 38 years, the past 12 plus years as Director.
