This winter's unusually warm temperatures may give southeastern Minnesota anglers an incentive to get to their local trout streams.
Winter trout fishing begins Monday at all designated trout streams in Goodhue, Wabasha, Dodge, Fillmore, Olmsted, Houston, Mower, and Winona counties.Â
The season is catch-and-release only until it ends on April 14th.Â
