The Virginia McKnight Binger Heart of Community Honor recognizes seven everyday Minnesotans each year — one from each region of the state.
That means someone from our 20-county region of southern Minnesota will be selected to receive a $10,000 honor for the steady, often unseen work they do to strengthen their community.
If you know someone who has been a steady force for good, nominate them by Friday, May 15th, and help make their contributions visible.
