Plainview Water Tower Painting

The City of Plainview is starting the water tower painting project next week on Monday.
In order to paint the tower, the water tower needs to be empty.
City staff will begin draining the tower using pop off valves which will have water running from them to relieve the pressure.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of June.
