The United Way of Hastings (UWH) Board of Directors recently hosted an exclusive event to recognize top business donors and announce the 2023 UWH Funded Partner Agencies
The top 2022-2023 workplace giving business leaders recognized at the event were: City of Hastings, ISD #200, Dakota County, Xcel Energy, and Intek Plastics.
This years, UWH Funded Partner Agencies are 360 Communities Lewis House – Domestic abuse shelter, Boy Scouts Northern Star Council Scouting activities & mentoring, Canvas Health Mental health services, Communities in Schools Twin Cities Hastings High School AVID service learning, and Friends of Hastings Arts Center Music & munching in Hastings schools.
Other funded partners this year, Friends of the Mississippi Stewardship of Vermillion River watershed with youth & adults, Hastings Community Education Youth Enrichment, Hastings Prescott Area Arts Council Recreation, Arts & Police summer programming for youth, Legal Assistance of Dakota County Family legal assistance, Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church ReDo Fitness, and Difference Makers/Doers of Good – Health & food program that connects with youth & families & provides life enrichment.
