The Red Wing Arts & Culture Commission is seeking community input into its citywide arts and culture action planning process.
Your thoughts and dreams are critical to this process, and Forecast Public Art has been hired by the City to facilitate the arts and culture planning process. That includes conducting a survey looking at the quality of Red Wing's arts and cultural life.
