National Eagle Center Saturday Santa

There is only one Saturday left to celebrate the holiday season with the National Eagle Center in Wabasha.

They have been hosting special kids activities each Saturday all month.

With the recent completion of their brand new life-sized Bald Eagle nest, the Center is inviting families to visit the eagles and start a new nest tradition by getting photos with Santa Claus and his helper SKY in the nest.

Opportunities for photos will be available Saturday from noon to 1 p.m.

There will be a variety of kids activities, including a story time and book-signing with author Laura Fredrickson for her new book On The Shortest Day near the nest at noon.
