MSC Southeast North Star Promise

Minnesota State College Southeast is offering public information sessions in Red Wing and Winona this week for college-bound students and adult learners to learn more about the North Star Promise.

The North Star Promise begins this fall and is a new state-funded scholarship program designed to provide a tuition-free pathway to higher education for eligible Minnesotan residents at all public colleges and universities in the state.

The session at the Red Wing Campus (also on Zoom) is today, July 30, from 4 to 5 pm. For a Zoom link, email Easton at easton.mccready@southeastmn.edu.

The information session at the Winona Campus will be Wednesday, July 31, from 4 to 5 pm.

The program covers the balance of tuition and fees remaining after other scholarships, grants, stipends, and tuition waivers have been applied.
