LPLA Kernza Fest Wisconsin and Concert

This year, the Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance’s annual benefit concert is getting even bigger with the addition of Kernza Fest Wisconsin.

Rylee Hince, LPLA Executive Director, says you can start off your evening Saturday, July 29th at Liberty Tree Farm, located on the bluffs of the Mississippi river just outside of Stockholm, by celebrating sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

From 4-5 p.m., attendees will learn from our panel of local farmers and taste river-friendly menu of beer and bites. Then, stay for bluegrass-inspired music from the Pistol Whippin' Party Penguins from 6-9 p.m.

Two food trucks will be onsite for meal purchases. Ticket prices:

• Kernza Fest + Benefit Concert: $50 • Benefit Concert only: $25

All proceeds from this fundraiser support the Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance, which is a nonprofit organization that spearheads local restoration and advocate for upstream sediment reduction in Lake Pepin.

Registration opens Saturday, July 1st. For more information and to order tickets, go to https://www.lakepepinlegacyalliance.org/events.
