Jay McCleary Sustainability Award Nominations

There is still time to nominate someone for the 2024 Jay McCleary Sustainability Award.

The Red Wing Sustainability Commission came up with the award to recognize businesses, organizations, and individuals who have worked to advance sustainability and promote environmental awareness in the Red Wing area.

Applications for this year's award are open through Friday, March 29. Residents may nominate their own projects or be nominated by another party. Nominees must be within School District 256. 

Applications can be found on the City's website, https://www.red-wing.org/.

The Red Wing Sustainability Commission, aided by a selection committee, will choose the award recipient(s), and the winner will be recognized at the April 22 City Council meeting.
