Red Wing Featherstone Gardens

Gardening is for everyone, and the raised community garden beds at Featherstone Community Park in Red Wing prove that point.

The traditional Featherstone and Spring Creek gardens have expanded garden access for years.

Now, the "Featherstone II" garden, with its raised beds and wide paths, makes this activity available to more people, especially those who might not be able to do traditional in-ground gardening.

Raised beds are available in 15- and 24-square-foot options, priced at just $10 and $15, respectively, for the whole season.

Each bed is filled with fresh, composted soil for good growing conditions, but it takes you to make this garden bloom.
