The Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County is hosting a free family event for the community in September.
The 2024 Hispanic Heritage Festival takes place Saturday, September 14th from noon to 6 pm at Central Park in Red Wing and the celebration marks the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month.
Highlights include live performances, music, games, piñata breaking, and delicious food.
