Voices of the Valley is hosting live music on the Cannon Valley Trail at Welch Station on Saturday, from 11 am – noon, by Flatt and Square.
They are a fun band from Red Wing who play a mix of bluegrass, old-timey, old country, folk, and Celtic songs and fiddle tunes. The members are associated with the stringed instrument program at MSC Southeast in Red Wing and two of them are professional luthiers. Their moniker is “musicians who build the instruments they play.”
Voices of the Valley Events are scheduled on Saturdays throughout the summer, weather permitting.
Saturday, September 11th, Goodhue County Historical Society will be hosting an exhibit about the archeology of the area.
September 18th, Minnesota DNR Scientific Natural Areas Display sharing information about Scientific Natural Areas, such as the Cannon River Turtle Preserve
