Former Associated Bank Ribbon Cutting and Tours

Plaid Hat Management and NAI North Star is inviting the Red Wing community to join them tomorrow for a ribbon cutting and tours of the newly renovated former Associated Bank Building, 222 Bush Street.

The Ribbon Cutting with the Red Wing Chamber of Commerce is at 1 pm Tuesday.

You can take tours of the building from 1-3 pm and learn more about leasing apartments, condos, or even commercial spaces.

The estimated 6.47 million dollar project has been approved for a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Plan and a grant for a $225,000 over 25-years  to support the redevelopment.
