With winter is just around the corner, Byllesby Park’s modern restrooms, drinking fountains, shower towers, and the boat washing hydrant will have the water blown out and systems winterized on Wednesday, October 16th.
These amenities will be closed until next spring.
• Portable toilets will stay open until the weather starts to turn colder, and then all toilets except the one at the boat launch will be removed or closed.
• The boat slips and swim rope are being pulled out this week. The launch docks will be pulled out later this fall.
• The AIS CD3 cleaning station will remain open for a couple more weeks until it is drained and closed up for the winter season.
• Reservations at the Richard Samuelson Pavilion are currently closed for 2024, and will open on January 13th at 9 am for the 2025 season.
