Wabasha Highway 60 Re-alignment Request

The City of Wabasha is seeking a qualified engineering design team that will be responsible for the design engineering services for the construction of a new road alignment in Wabasha, part of the Highway 60 project.

The selected design team will also be responsible for completing the required environmental documentation for state and federal funding, as well as preparing and submitting permit applications for the project on behalf of the City of Wabasha.

Finally, the selected firm will help the City manage multiple funding sources and partnerships through the process.

The project will be delivered in accordance with the MnDOT Delegated Contract Process (DCP) or through a Partnership Agreement between the City and MnDOT.

Wabasha County will serve as the City of Wabasha’s sponsor for the state and federal funding and the DCP process, if needed.
