With less than two weeks to go until Christmas, our Marines and volunteers in SE Minnesota continue with their annual Toys for Tots collection and distribution efforts.
Wabasha County Toys for Tots and Rotary Club of Wabasha’s Star of Hope are teaming up to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas.
You can donate in Elgin at People’s State Bank and Elgin Family Dentistry in Plainview at Foresight Bank, People’s State Bank and Good Shepard Church.
Other drop off sites include Lark Toys in Kellogg and Anytime Fitness, Dollar General, Edward Jones, Hills Hardware, Wabasha VFW, Wabasha Fresh Market and WNB Financial in Wabasha.
Friday is the last day to request a toy for child. Students in the W-K School District can get paper copies at the St. Felix Office or the W-K Offices. Pick up will be Thursday, December 19th between 3-5 pm at the Faith Lutheran Church.
Familes outside of the W-K School District will pick up toys Friday, December 20th during business hours at a location you choose in Elgin, Plainview and Wabasha.
