RW Man Accused of Sexual Conduct

Last week Goodhue County District Court issued a warrant for a man accused of sexual contact with a young child.

The Rochester Post Bulletin reports 33-year old Jackson Dean Grube of Red Wing is facing a second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a female child under the age of 10, and a charge of fifth-degree sexual conduct with the same child.

According to court records, in July of 2025, a Red Wing woman contacted Red Wing Police Department to report her daughter had been sexually assaulted by Grube.

Court documents allege the juvenile described unclothed sexual contact.

The victim told investigators that Grube told her not to tell her parents, or “he would go to jail”.

Investigators went to the residence where the assault allegedly took place and seized multiple electronics from the residence.

Court documents show Grube’s cell phone had been factory reset, and all contacts had been erased, shortly after Red Wing Police Department officers arrived at the home to serve the search warrant.
