The annual United Way of Goodhue, Wabasha, Pierce counties school supply drive pickup event is coming up tomorrow (Thursday) at the Red Wing Elks Lodge from 3 pm – 6 pm.
Executive Director, Maureen Nelson, says the new basic supplies collected will be assembled into kits for local elementary, middle and high school students.
Nelson says the drive has officially wrapped up but you can still donate before the pickup event tomorrow.
Items needed include pencils, pens and colored pens, crayons, markers, glue sticks, rulers, scissors, and notebooks.
