The Minnesota Timberwolves are getting ready for their game against the Detroit Pistons at Target Center tomorrow. The Wolves had an off-day yesterday after beating the Warriors 114-110 on Sunday to earn their second straight win. Minnesota is a game-and-a-half out of first place in the Western Conference with a 49-and-22 record. Tomorrow's game tips off at 7:00PM.


The Minnesota Wild are spending the week gearing up for their game against the San Jose Sharks at the Xcel Energy Center on Thursday. The Wild are on a two-game losing streak after falling to the St. Louis Blues 5-4 in overtime on Saturday. Minnesota is eight points behind Vegas for the finals Western Conference playoff spot. Thursday's game starts at 7:00PM.


The Minnesota Twins managed just six hits during a 4-0 Spring Training loss to the Atlanta Braves at CoolToday Park. Bailey Ober was charged with his second loss of the Spring after striking out six and giving up for runs in four-and-a-third innings of work. Louie Varland starts for Minnesota against the Braves today.


The Bucks hit the hardwood again tonight. The team tips off against the Lakers at Fiserv Forum. Milwaukee is coming off a big win over the Thunder where Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 30 points and grabbed 19 rebounds for a double-double. Khris Middleton tallied a triple-double on 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Milwaukee is still second in the Eastern Conference at 46-and-25.


The Brewers crushed the Rockies 10-1 in a spring training game from Phoenix. Eric Haase blasted a three-run homer, while Rhys Hoskins, William Contreras and Joey Ortiz also went deep. Milwaukee is now 16-and-14 in exhibition play and will face Colorado in a rematch this afternoon.


Number two Marquette is gearing up for the Sweet 16. The Golden Eagles square off against 11th-seeded NC State on Friday night. The school is coming off a close win over Colorado in the second round where Tyler Kolek led all scorers with 21 points and dished out 11 assists for a double-double. The Wolfpack edged number 14 Oakland to advance in the South region.
