The high school hockey teams will be part of Hockey Day Red Wing on Saturday, Jan. 13.

This is a time for hockey lovers and supporters to come together to enjoy a day of hometown hockey at every level, organizers said.

The Red Wing Area Hockey Association will provide smores, hot cocoa and more throughout the day. The first puck will drop at noon at the Prairie Island Ice Arena for the junior varsity boys hockey game against Albert Lea.

Back-to-back games for the varsity boys, Squirt C, Squirt B, Pee Wee C, and Pee Wee B will follow with the final game between the Pee Wee B and Farmington at 8:30 p.m.

All games at the association level are free of charge.

Schedule

Noon -- JV vs. Albert Lea

2 p.m. -- Varsity vs. Albert Lea

4:30 p.m. -- Squirt C vs. Cottage Grove

5:45 p.m. -- Squirt B vs. Eastview

7 p.m. -- Pee Wee C vs. Farmington

8:30 p.m. -- Pee Wee B vs. Farmington
