Red Wing School Board July Agenda

The Red Wing School Board traditionally has one business meeting in July. This year that will occur at 6 p.m. Monday, July 15, in Red Wing High School room J110.

The agenda will tentatively will include:

·     Red Wing College Promise update. Minnesota State College Southeast President Marshal Danielson and program navigator Diane Jacobson will discuss the tuition-free program for Red Wing graduates made possible through the Jones Family Foundation.

·     Numerous policy changes to reflect actions by the Minnesota Legislature and governor.

The business meeting will be recorded and streamed on the RWPS YouTube channel.

Board members also will meet with Superintendent Bob Jaszczak and District leaders for a retreat at 2 p.m., followed by a 4 p.m. session with Mr. Jaszczak, who took over as superintendent July 1.

These sessions replace the usual workshop.
