Red Wing Public Schools provides all students in grades K-12 with a Chromebook device to use for learning and collaboration, but only those in grades 5-12 leave the classroom.
Because these older students and their families are financially responsible for any damage, the district makes a ChromeCare Protection Plan available.
This plan is only $15 and can save families hundreds of dollars during the course of the year.
The deadline is Monday, September 30, and coverage extends through September 30 of the 2025-2026 school year.
