The Red Wing Housing and Redevelopment Authority is working to address the shortage of affordable housing in the community.
Director Kurt Keena says the HRA administers and manages public housing properties and programs assisting families; and offers Housing and Urban Development rental assistance programs.
Keena says they offer a variety of housing and commercial loan programs and also assist redevelopment projects and plans.
