Reads Landing Schoolhouse Museum Opens




The Wabasha County Historical Society reports the Reads Landing Schoolhouse Museum is now open for the 2025 season.


The museum, located at 70537 206th Avenue in Reads Landing, about four miles north of Wabasha along Highway 61, will be open every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4pm until mid-October this year.


According to the Wabasha County Herald, after Memorial Day weekend, the museum will also be open to the public every Friday from noon to 4 pm, continuing through mid-August.


Those interested in supporting the museum as a volunteer greeter or visitor guide during open hours are encouraged to contact Abigail Hall, director and curator of the Wabasha County Historical Society Museum, at info@wabashacountyhistory.org.


Admission for non-WCHS member adults is $5 and members & Children are free.
