Peoples State Bank New President




Peoples State Bank has announced that Warren Zabel has been named its new president, replacing Gary Timm, who has held the post for the past 10 years.

 

Zabel, a graduate of Plainview High School, Winona State University, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, has been with Peoples State Bank for 10 years, most recently holding the title of Executive Vice President.

 

While Timm has stepped down as president, he will remain active as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Peoples.

 

Peoples State Bank has offices in Plainview, Elgin and Altura in Minnesota, and Boyceville and Menomonie in Wisconsin. It has assets of $360 million and is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

 

Peoples State Bank in Plainview sponsors the weekly WPVW segment, A Minute with the Mayor, with Aaron Luckstein which airs on Mondays and Thursdays.
