PEM School District Pool Discounts

The City of Plainview has been awarded $10,000 in grant funds from the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Foundation for the 2025 swimming pool season.

The funds will be used for discounted season passes (both family and single) for PEM School District students and their families.

The  Planview News reports the City was able to reduce the cost of family passes from $130 to $110 and individual passes from $80 to $70 with the grant money applied.

The City has notified the PEM Foundation that it intends to apply for the grant each subsequent year that it is available.
