National Eagle Center summer river cruises aboard Winona State University’s Cal Fremling floating classroom are back for an exciting 6th season.
The Center is pleased to announce a schedule of nine On the River Bald Eagle viewing cruises starting this month and running through October.
Cruising out of Winona, these two-hour cruises are summer floating classroom experiences for guests, featuring expert naturalists, real-time interpretation of observed Bald Eagles and wildlife, and engaging audience Q&A.
Two cruises, July 25 and 26, will cruise out of Wabasha and board at the National Eagle Center.
The Cal Fremling has an on-board restroom, indoor and open-air seating, and is wheelchair accessible.
Cruise registration is $60 for National Eagle Center members and $75 for non-members. Seating is limited to 45 seats per cruise and is expected to fill quickly.
Registration is now open on the National Eagle Center website with the first cruise scheduled for Saturday, May 31 at 2 p.m.
