Minnesota State College Southeast in Red Wing and Winona has announced the President’s List for Fall Semester 2023.
A total of 308 students were named to the list. To be eligible, students must complete a minimum of 12 credits at Southeast during an academic term and achieve a GPA of 3.5 or above.
Students come from across the country and around the world to study at MSC Southeast. One foreign country – Australia – and 22 different states are represented on the Fall 2023 President's List.
