Chad Sommer, City of Winona Building Official, visited the Minnesota State College Southeast Winona campus last week to present a $1,000 donation to the Minnesota State College Southeast Foundation from SEMCO (Southeast Minnesota Code Officials).
The organization gives money each year to educational programs that support the building industry.
This donation is for scholarships for students entering into MSC Southeast’s Construction Technology program.
