Rachel Evangelisto, says her time as Miss Minnesota has been incredible.
Rachel, who was Miss Winona before winning the Miss Minnesota crown, says the experience has made her more confident on and off the stage and she really enjoys the local pageants around the state.
Rachel is proud to have graduated debt-free with the help of the Miss America Organization and their scholarships, receiving $30,000 from Miss Minnesota and Miss America scholarship programs.
The new Miss Minnesota will be crowned June 23 at Treasure Island Resort & Casino.
