Minnesota Correctional Facility Red Wing Death

The death of a juvenile offender at the Red Wing Correctional Facility is under investigation.

The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) says the minor was found unresponsive on Saturday. Despite life-saving aid, they died at the scene.
