Goodhue County is kicking off the 2024 Mighty Mississippi Clean Up Challenge, between April 15th and May 15th, 2024.
Â
The challenge, extended to all Minnesota counties, cities, and community members located on the Mississippi River, or a river that leads into the Mississippi, will aid in tackling the growing river pollution.
Â

Â
Norton says besides the cleanup this Saturday from 9-11 am at County Road 18 and Sturgeon Lake Road there are 2 more opportunity’s to participate next week, Monday, April 22,  5:30-7:30 p.m. at Bay Point Park and Thursday, April 25 from  5:30-7:30 p.m. at Colvill Park.
Â
All are welcome at any and all locations.
