Several Merchants Bank locations in SE Minnesota are coordinating the 10 Days of Giving from December 1-10.
In Hastings, the food drive benefits Hastings Family Service. Monetary donations or non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the Bank lobby or the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train stop in Hastings Sunday, December 11 at 8 pm at the CP Depot.
If you can't make it in person, monetary donations can also be mailed directly to the Hastings branch. Checks can be made payable to "10 Days of Giving."
2021 final totals included 1,263 pounds of food and $4,410 in cash donations.
Winona’s 34th food drive benefits the food shelf at Winona Volunteer Services.
To date, over 4 million pounds of food have been collected, with each dollar being counted as two pounds of food.
