Lake City Public Library Events

The Lake City Public Library is hosting a pair of fun events planned for the community that are fans of mystery.

The Friends of the Lake City Public Library is putting on the Mystery Book Sale The Sequel Saturday, February 26th from 9 am – 4 pm featuring even more mystery and detective novels. All proceeds benefit the Lake City Public Library.

The library will host a Meet the Author event featuring Minnesota author Frank Weber Thursday, March 3rd at 6:30 pm.

Weber is a forensic psychologist specializing in homicide, sexual assault and domestic abuse cases. He uses his unique understanding of how predators think, knowledge of victim trauma and expert testimony in writing his true crime thrillers.

There will be a book signing at 6 pm and again after the program.
