The Lake City Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to celebrate summer and community with a pair of fun events this week.
The 3rd Annual Y-Knot Tri event and the Float-A-Palooza take place Saturday, August 10th.
You can relax during Float-A-Palooza at Ohuta Park with your lily pads, innertubes, paddleboards or other floatation devices from 10 am – 5 pm. Beach and yard games available.
There will be a sand dig at 11 am and a photo op in the water at 1 pm.
The Y-Knot Tri will consist of a 2.5 mile paddle on beautiful Lake Pepin, a 14 mile bike ride and a 5K run along the Lake City lakefront.
