Lake City Float-A-Palooza and Y Knot Tri

The Lake City Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to celebrate summer and community with a pair of fun events Sunday, August 12th.

Lake City Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Elizabeth Greenawalt, says that afternoon pack your lily pads, intertubes, paddleboards or other floatation devices, and come hang with them for Float-A-Palooza and maybe even their 2nd Annual triathlon.

The Y-Knot Tri event will consist of a 2.5 mile paddle on beautiful Lake Pepin, a 14 mile bike ride, and a 5K run along the Lake City lakefront.
