With an already growing presence in Illinois and a rise in industry demand in this region, this expansion brings KE's services closer to clients to provide more timely response and localized support.
This new 80,000 square foot facility will serve as a centralized hub for all four of KE's divisions, housing office spaces, warehouse and equipment storage and more.
The facility is set to open in late spring 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to be announced at a later date.
