Singles:

Lorilei Hartman of Red Wing won her first match and then lost in the quarterfinals

Emma Siert of Lake City lost in the round of 16

Doubles:

Livia Tennessen & Sophia Nerison of Cannon Falls lost in the round of 16

Therese Bauer & Rylee Thieren of Lake City won in the round of 16 and also won in the quarterfinals and play in the semi-finals today at 8am with a win sending them on to the state Class A doubles championship match later today.

Section 1AA Meet at Albert Lea

State qualifiers for Red Wing Girls: Nora Hanson 7th and Brynn Lawrence 12th Boys: Owen Runquist 8th

Section 1A Meet at Rochester (Northern Hills)

Lake City girls qualify as a team with a first place finish of 87 points. Oliviia Yotter of Lake City was 2nd and sister Clara Yotter was 8th. Goodhue was third as a team with 112 points and Mari O'Connor of Goodhue qualified individually for state with a 6th place finish.

Lake City doubles team of Therese Bauer and Rylee Thieren fell 6-2, 6-3 to a doubles team from Litchfield in the State Class A semi-finals at Reed-Sweatt Tennis Center.

Girls Diving:

Red Wing at Big Nine Meet at Northfield-Red Wing junior Kylie Moffett placed first last night to win the Big Nine Conference diving championship.
