Greater Lake City Community Foundation Board

The Greater Lake City Community Foundation recently held it annual meeting and elected three new directors to its board. 

 

They include Mark Nichols, a financial advisor and Lake City’s current Mayor, Peg Mattke, a retired banker with experience with other foundations, and Ann Nibbe, a retired elementary school teacher and lifelong Lake City resident who has worked with a number of local initiatives including the Lake City 150th Anniversary Committee.

 

Nichols and Mattke have also served in The Foundation’s Financial Advisory Committee.

 

The three new directors replace chairman Jim Schreck, Bob Pope and Bruce Carlstrom. Schreck and Pope will remain active serving The Foundation as Directors Emeriti. 


Carlstrom, the remaining founding director of The Foundation, has completed the maximum terms as a director.  He will remain serving as Foundation Secretary.


The Foundation was organized in 2012.
