Goodhue County Certificate of Achievement for Excellence

Goodhue County has received national recognition for it’s financial reporting.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Goodhue County for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021.

The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment for Goodhue County.

The County attributes this award to the quality of work produced by the Finance Department in collaboration with finance professionals of other departments.
