Business Woman of the Year Winner

This year’s winner of the Business Woman of the Year is Josie Schaffer, Assistant Manager of Slumberland in Red Wing.

The winner was announced during last weeks 36th Annual Women’s Leadership. Schaffer says it’s a blessing to have won the award this year.

Schaffer says she was honored to win when there were so many amazing nominations.

Schafer was nominated by Craig Novacek, who along with his wife Kwin owns Slumberland in Red Wing and Northfield.

The annual event is sponsored by KWNG 106, Minnesota State College Southeast, Express Employment Professionals, and the Red Wing Chamber of Commerce.
