Body Found in Mississippi River Identified


The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner's Office has identified the person's body found in the Mississippi River, north of Diamond Bluff, on Sunday as 42-year old Isaac Paul Russell-Hart from Minneapolis.


Cause of death is pending final report from Medical Examiner.


Russell-Hart had been reported missing in March, according to the Minneapolis Police Department.


The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office is working with the Minneapolis Police Department in the investigation of Russell-Hart’s death.
