River Travel Magazine has opened the voting for their 2022 Best Holiday River Town Contest.
Now through December 8th visitors and locals can vote for their favorite river communities.
This contest includes Red Wing and some of our awesome neighboring communities along the river!
Last year, Red Wing finished 1st in the 15,001-30,000 population category.
Wabasha took 5th place for population between 1,001-5,000. Stockholm, Wisconsin won 2nd place in river communities below 500 people.
The voting and nomination period runs until December 8th, visitors and locals are invited to Vote for one of their pre-picked towns in each category, or nominate up to eight of your favorite Holiday River Towns based on population.
Winners will be announced on December 12th.
