A holiday train that travels through the U.S. and Canada entertaining audiences with live musicians who play free concerts and raising awareness for food banks will return to Minnesota in December.
The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will be making a stop in Rochester on December 6th.
After several stops in northern Iowa, it will return to Minnesota for stops in Winona, Wabasha and Hastings on December 9th.
In Wabasha the Holiday Train stops at the Gambie Avenue railway crossing by Bruegger Park scheduled for 5:30 pm, with entertainment after.
The CP Holiday Train is scheduled to arrive at CPKC Depot in Hastings at 8 pm.
This year marks the 25th annual tour for the train, which donates to local food banks at each stop.
Holiday Train shows are free to attend but CP asks attendees to bring a cash or non-perishable food donation if they're able.
